The State Bank of Viet Nam Nguyen Van Binh made clear that he would keep
the forex market stable till the year-end if adjustment is a must, the
margin would be within 2 per cent.
Japan''s Official Development Assistance (ODA) to Viet Nam for the next
fiscal year beginning in April would remain high, the head of Japan
International Co-operation Agency (JICA) in Viet Nam, Mori Mutsuya, said
yesterday.
